What are Key Performance Indicators?
Key performance indicators (KPIs) refer to a set of quantifiable measurements used to gauge a company’s overall long-term performance. KPIs specifically help determine a company’s strategic, financial, and operational achievements, especially compared to those of other businesses within the same sector. KPI’s ensures proper training, mindset, uniform wear, punctuality, attendance, professionalism and the overall conduct is maintained by our security guards at an “above average” satisfactory level. These values are also used to determine PMV Security’s progress in achieving its operational goals and for our clients’ performance evaluations.

PMV Security Services ensure quality of service by constantly evaluating the effectiveness and quality of our services, our guard force as well as our client representatives and office staff, comparing our KPI’s to international standards. While we use an industry standard KPI system or “KPI Matrix”, we also tailor our KPI’s for each individual client’s needs and requirements. Some clients require CTPAT, ISO Certifications, GSV and many more and this requires additional performance checks.

What do we want? What is our goal? We must look at our processes to determine are they adequate enough. What performance needs to be measured for success? Once these questions are answered jump into the next part of the process of how to measure the performance.
Measure
This is where our Quality department shines. We go to work developing the real-world measures of performance that are efficient for the organization and our clients. We not only want to measure processes for performance but focus on the efficiency of the measurements themselves. Once we have an idea of the performance from our measures we try to figure out how to innovate.
Innovate
At PMV we are constantly pushing the boundaries of our processes, equipment, training, personnel etc. to become the best we can possibly we at providing security services. We are truly a step of above competitors in this regard. Once we have a solid innovation we propagate fast.
